- Legal Requirements: When required by law, subpoena, court order, or government request, or when we believe disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, your safety, or the safety of others.
- Business Transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

What you’ll receive: Account-related notifications about new inquiries on your listings, new messages from other users, grants of document access, verification status updates (identity, pilot, funds), and account security events. Message frequency varies based on your platform activity, typically 1–10 messages per week. No marketing or promotional content is sent.
Costs: Standard message and data rates apply at your carrier’s standard pricing. SkyMarket does not charge for SMS notifications.
Phone number privacy: SkyMarket Aviation does not share, sell, rent, or otherwise disclose phone numbers collected for SMS notifications to third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. Phone numbers are used solely to deliver the notifications you have opted in to receive.
Opting out: Reply STOP, OPTOUT, CANCEL, END, QUIT, UNSUBSCRIBE, REVOKE, or STOPALL to any SMS message to unsubscribe immediately. You may also disable SMS notifications in your account settings at /account/notifications.
Help: Reply HELP or INFO to any SMS message for support information, or contact support@skymarketaviation.com.
Carriers: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
8. California Privacy Rights (CCPA)
